Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, changes may not be possible—but you can always return the item for a full refund after receiving it.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and your order will ship the next business day.
Note: We do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just contact us.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices shown on our website are tax-free in USD.
You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees or delays caused by customs.


How do I return an item?
To start a return, email us at lacarriva@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll guide you through the process.


What if the item I received is damaged, incorrect, or defective?
Please contact us right away with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.
We’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t seen the refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider for an update.
